How to Retire a Manufactured Home Title Certificate in Maryland? - maryland property title
I bought a MH to real property be attached. Ultimately, I was advised, a "Certificate of Title will have removed".
However - the MVA, I suggested that transferring the title to withdraw my name as opposed to "title", as recommended.
What is the advantage or disadvantage possible with this type of transaction? Would it not withdraw the title of a MH connected to real estate shows an improvement in the soil and then allow the granting of mortgages on property in the future rather than any personal property, the devaluation of the rule (for sale) on the future?
