I know how you should connect the LEDs in the connection, a way to a timer between the PIR and security policy to LED outdoor lighting Hawaii (rural leaders pulling the ice like zombies found on wire all night) .

There are counters, so that you can buy it, would probably not be worth your time trying to build one.
